On May 5th, 2021, the Green Roof Team at SIU Carbondale with the assistance of SIU Plant & Service Operation, successfully installed the first student-designed temporary wind turbine!

Over the past months, our team has been working on the manufacturing of the structure and assembling the electrical system.
